Delivery and Leadtimes

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we have received your payment and it has cleared in our bank account.

Manufacturing may take up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We will keep you updated on the manufacturing process and send you a notification of the estimated shipping date.

Delivery is done via various courier services. A tracking number and the tracking page link to keep track of your order will be supplied to you.

Domestic deliveries are only made on business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). For orders outside the main cities, please allow additional time for delivery.

WoodDo.co.za cannot take liability for orders delivered to an address (supplied by the client) that is incomplete or wrong and the client will be responsible for any fees incurred.

If a package should be refused upon delivery, the client will be liable for all delivery fees.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of R100 for all deliveries in South Africa. All domestic orders with a total of above R1800 qualifies for free shipping.

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at:

Wooddo workshop at 8 Aster street, Brackenhurst, Alberton, 1448 between 9am – 5pm on business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays)

The Busstop 7 Open Air Market in Pretoria over weekends and public holidays.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and a notification of when you can collect will be sent to you.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@wooddo.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Wrongly Ordered Items

We will gladly exchange a ring ordered in the wrong size, up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it was wrongly ordered.

This does not apply to custom-made rings.

Damaged Orders

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@wooddo.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
